Winter Dryness ???

Winters are the most awesome time in a year with lots and lots of holidays, family gatherings, festivals, functions, food and many more happenings. All these occasions we girls are very much excited to shop all new clothes, matching accessories make-up and lots more isn't it?? & at that party moment we get dresses up and our make up isn't up to mark...If our skin is not co-operating with the make up, How does it look?
I understand the issue..
Its the evil Winter Dryness which spoils our skin and brings down our charming smile after make up.. Am I Right??
Its High Time. Nothing can steal our charming and beautiful smile anymore. Not even Winter Dryness.
Here I am to help you all beautiful people out there to fight against this Evil.
I will just point out My 5 Rule which I follow during winters and keep My Skin Happy & Healthy with all the Charm on My Face...Wanna Know??
Here you Go....

Firstly the very basic think which every one can adopt in there lifestyle is to drink lots and lots of water. Yes its that's simple you just have to drink Water. But how much is the question?
Well to answer this question you need and expert...and that expert is non other than you. Yes Its You. You just have to tune in your body and recognize the signals sent by it. On a average its recommended to drink from 2.5 lts to 3.5 lts per day...but this doesn't mean each and every individual needs the extreme number. It all depends on your Life Style & activities you perform and the environment you live in.

Second include lots of fruits with high water content in it such a berries, oranges, melons etc. these fruits will help you in hydrating your system and also flushes out toxins with the rich vitamins and minerals present in them. Here you have to be careful in choosing the fruits. Just remember the food miles concept " Lesser the distance between food crop and consumer, More healthier you are".
Third is to remember and follow the rule of NO MAKE UP when you go to bed. Its the time when your skin need to breath and do all the repair and rejuvenate activities. So do not forget to remove your make up and make your skin breath while you are sleeping.

Fourth is also as simple as third. Cleanse your face with a good cleanser, Tone your skin and Moisturize your skin twice a day. It hardly takes 3-4 minutes to do it. Your skin need that nourishment for staying Young & Healthy. Be very careful is choosing your cleansers, toners and moisturizers. Fifth is to learn to follow a regime of using a Hydrating Mask and also getting yourself a nice Creamy Massage twice a week with out fail which helps to nourish your skin in proper intervals and make your skin Blossom.
